LocalAutomation.ai provides AI automation consulting, software installation, and hardware setup (including NVIDIA Jetson configuration). We provide "Local Nodes" and "Neural Swarms" that are designed to run open-source and proprietary models on premise at the client's location.
Clients are responsible for the physical security, power, and internet connectivity of the hardware installed at their location. While LocalAutomation.ai provides software support and remote troubleshooting (if access is granted), physical damage to local nodes caused by the client or environmental factors is the client's responsibility.
Our services are designed with a "Privacy First" architecture. We do not claim ownership of the data processed by your local AI agents. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI agents complies with all applicable local data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) relevant to your industry.
Artificial Intelligence models are probabilistic in nature. LocalAutomation.ai is not liable for business interruptions, data loss, hallucinations, or errors caused by the AI agents. Outputs generated by the AI should be monitored by human staff, especially in critical decision-making scenarios.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver, Colorado.
